$7/lb Not all cooks are created equal either that is my I leave this cut for someone that knows their way around a smoker! An outstanding cut, perfectly marbled for juicy fall apart sandwich or special holiday dinner.

$6/lb This roast is most peoples favorite. With lots of marble it is tender and so delicious. It is good for a warm meal or cold sandwich meat!

Pre-Made Hamburger Patties
$6/lb These patties are 1/3 pounders and will definitely fill you up. We use them quite often when we are working in the shop, simply pry them apart and throw on the grill and in ten minutes you have a juicy burger without any fuss. Easy to use any didn’t lose any quality. Good food to take camping or when time and energy is short.
Ribeye (Boneless)
SOLD OUT $15/lb this cut is likes it brother Rib Steak but has the bone already taken out for you. Either way you like it it is a wonderful cut of meat.
Ribeye Steak (Bone in)
SOLD OUT $14/lb This is hands down most people favorite cut of meat. It is tender and flavorful. It makes my mouth water whenever thinking of it.
Rump Roast
$6/lb This is a delicious hunk of meat. It is tender and very flavorful. Make it as a family meal or as sandwich meat. One roast will feed our family of five for a meal with left overs for sandwiches. During harvest I will cook and grind up a roast and feed an entire harvest crew. Hot or cold a roast is always good. We only keep the best ones on our beef. I start it in a crock pot in the morning and by the afternoon it is ready to go, takes time but not much energy.
Short Ribs
$6/lb Short Ribs are a delicious meal idea when there is plenty of time to cook. Whether cooking on the grill, crock pot, or oven the juicy flavorful meat melts in your mouth. As Cahan says "The best meat just takes longer to cook" his best meat is short ribs.
Sirloin Steak
$9/lb This steak is naturally lean with mouth water flavor. It is a prize steak and we only keep the best ones.
Sirloin Tip Roast
$7/lb This is my favorite roast. You can either leave it whole or cube it up and make beef tips either way you will get tender and great flavor of meat. one roast will feed our family of five for a meal with left overs for sandwiches. Soup Bones
$5/lb Soup bones is a great way to make soup or broth. These bones still have plenty of meat left on for a more hearty meal.
T-Bone Steak
SOLD OUT $13/lb This steak is one of my kids favorites. They love to chew the meat off the bone ever since they started getting teeth.
Tenderized Round/Cubed Steak
$7/lb The cube version is precut to make country fried steak and the whole steak is ready to make into many different recipes. It is pretenderized for a more tender steak. Little fat is found on this steak.
Tenderloin Fillet (Fillet Mignon)
SOLD OUT $18/lb this comes from the inside of the Porterhouse, taken from the smaller end of the tenderloin. This is a small but very thick cut of meat. It is juicy and tender. This cut is considered to be the most desirable cuts of meats.
